How should I store my Montezuma's chocolate?
To keep your chocolate in peak condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. We recommend a temperature between 15-18°C. Avoid refrigeration as it can cause 'bloom' and affect the texture.
Do you offer vegan and dairy-free options?
Yes! We have a wide range of dark chocolates that are naturally vegan-friendly, as well as our innovative 'Like No Udder' range which offers a creamy milk chocolate alternative without the dairy.
How do you handle shipping in warm weather?
During warmer months, we take extra precautions with our packaging to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. We monitor transit temperatures and may delay shipping slightly if a heatwave is forecast.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Sustainability is at our core. Almost all of our packaging is 100% recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable. We were the first British chocolate company to roll out 100% recyclable paper and card packaging across our entire range.
Are your chocolate products gluten-free?
Most of our chocolate bars are made without gluten-containing ingredients. However, all our products are made in a factory that handles nuts, peanuts, milk, and gluten, so we cannot guarantee they are 100% trace-free.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your chocolate's journey from our kitchen to your doorstep.
